an authorisation code will be sent to you together with a Return Form. Please complete your name, email address and contact number
pack your returned item in the original Avologie Packaging box together with the Return Form to prevent damaged in transit

The above address is only for collection of returns. No walk-ins. Please note that we will not be liable for the items until they have reached us.
All purchases must be returned in its original packaging with the shrink wrap intact. If the product has been used or damaged or the shrink wrap torn or removed, there will be no refund due to hygiene reasons.
Once we have checked and processed the return, the returns will be reflected as your store credit, usually within 3 working days. The store credit is based on the actual amount of the order paid by the Customer, excluding shipping costs (where applicable).
Return costs are borne by Customer.
Store credits, if any, will be automatically credited against future purchases. Email notifications will be sent when a store credit is assigned.
